Yeah I was aware of that get together but I'm north of the city and am going to Fun Ford for the drag racing too. Just wanted to know if anyone else was going to be there.

Most of us decided not to do FFW because it is no longer just Ford. Bill Alexander has opened it to all brands. In fact, it is now called "Battle of the Brands presented by Fun Ford Weekend." However, it will be great drag racing because that is what it has mostly become. If you want to be around Maverick guys, Byron is the place to be on April 4.

Just asking one more time if anyone is heading up to Commerce this weekend...The weather looks iffy so I may not drive up until Sunday.

Little off subject but I noticed that the GT stripes on your Green car run with the body lines, is this how they came from the factory? I thought the GT lines were straighter across the body

Its not factory, the car was repainted in the 80s and my dad found someone to print decals similar to the original stripes. I like the way it looks, I just wish he had spent the time/$ to get them painted rather than decals.

Yeah, Saturday looks like its toast but Sunday should be pretty clear, only 20% chance of rain.
