Few more pics. I painted my new Champion radiator black to look stock. The radiator fits and works great, especially for the price.

Cool Eric, Nice straight little car. I can see why you probably dont want to put a rollbar in it, (interior). What basic motor set-up are you running? if you go further with the car, go with a 8-point Rollbar and some Cal-Trac bars and you will be stylin!
    Regards.
    Al

Thanks Al. The car has a little 331 stroker. I've been running the motor for over 3 years now. It used to be in my Maverick (in my signature). I just built the Comet so that I'd have something to race with while I finish my Maverick upgrade. I probably won't do much more to the Comet cause I need to focus on the Maverick now, but a roll bar will be first on my list. I'm hoping for 1200 HP and high 8's in the quarter with the Maverick on DOT slicks.

I'd like to see the Maverick also as I've already seen it before. Let me know when you're going to be in Az. again and we'll see what we can do about coming out and seeing you run it. BTW, nice Comet. :)

I ended up making it to the 4th round. I got to run it all out in the 2nd round and ended up going 11.45 at 120mph, ooops. I love that little Comet!
