Just took this Sunday, I had them both out at the track so I snapped a pic. Battery went dead so I didn't get any action shots. My daughter is racing both of them this year.
I seen that Mav... It was in the drive when I stole that Comet from you . j/k... Wish I coulda seen the Stang cause I like yellow.
Thanks for the comments. I've had both cars since the early 80's, and they have looked about the same too, Maverick needs a new paint job. Mustang is a 460, runs 7.20's in the 1/8 (no juice, mid 6's on it) Maverick is a stock 86 Bird 302, low 9's in the 1/8. Both cars have made several rounds bracket racing, with a few wins along the way, always finish in the top 10. This will be Michelle's first year in the Mustang, the last two were in the Maverick. I hope she can do some good this year, the Mav isn't a very consistent car, so it was like bringing a box of rocks to a nuclear war.
