So there I was, just driving home minding my own business when WHAM!!!!! There was this beautiful Maverick sitting in a driveway. I slowed to admire it and noticed a for sale sign in the window. Did a quick u-turn and gave it a lookover. Went back lastnight (Friday) with checkbook in hand and yup, I bought it. Just couldn't resist this beauty. A sharp looker. It was love at first sight. It is a 75, 4 door (ug), 250 6 cyl, auto. It has an 8 track deck mounted under the original am radio. It is white with white vinyl roof (covers entire top), blue interior with bucket seats. It has only 46,000 original miles. It is not as mint as one would think for the low mileage, but it is quite nice. No major work needed. This is my 3rd Maverick now. I have a 70 Grabber I bought new, a 77 2door white w/red vinyl halo roof and red interior (it's been at the National meet), and now this one. I may have to buy a semi car hauler to get them all to the meet this summer.

Glad Mav you have contracted a rare and incurable disease I refer to as DABitis, while incurable it is treatable, with plenty of money and an understanding wife, otherwise...your in deep doo doo  :D

Thanks for the comments. I may have to start stacking them like Doug does, lol. Yes, I think it has found a good home. I don't have that much money. Mavericks are my only vice (outside of a few Cub baseball games a year) so I don't really blow much money. Divorced so the wife is no problem. Hope to see lot of you at the Nationals.

Congrats on the new mav! Haven't seen many posts from you for while. Glad to see you got your PC back up and that you still have the other two mavs too. GO CUBS!
