that'd be awesome if you can make it Whisky: sorry to hear you cant come... theres always next year. Ryan: Glad to hear you can make it!!! i gotta get my registration sent in
Coop i know your bringing your COMET this time! is your buddies Mean Green Maverick gonna be there too!???
All right I will send my registration form in, but I want there to be more Mavs and Comets than last year. I will be bring the 72 Grabber this year its not as nice as the blue 72 but gets more respect. Ryan you better drag your butt down to the states now for sure, Whisky they will let you back in just might take a few days hope to see you there as well. So whats the count for people showing up at ? Lets make this a good showing. As Matt would say
I'll try to make it, but I won't be cruising. I want to see what Matt has done to his car. Looks like he's been pretty industrious . . .
Probably not. The cruise is enough for me; it's more fun to see and hear the cars rolling than it is seeing a show - I have plenty enough shows to see around here in the summer. Plus then I don't have to stay the night. Most of the cars that are in the car show are in the cruise, right? OH, CRAP! I forgot - my baby's due pretty much that weekend! Nevermind. I won't be there! Dang, and I got all excited too. I could make it a quick trip . . . but then I wouldn't survive the trip home, if you know what I mean. Somebody will have to post pictures for me.
"Yellow75" Can't Wait to see the 72 Grabber again!!!! are you coming for the cruise too or just the show! -if we can convince these "maybe people" to a "yes i'm coming" we'll have a good amount or maybe more than last year! and the people on the other side of the mountains here in WASHINGTON??? theres 3 or 4 dedicated members over there and of course...
congrats on the baby i'll take plenty of pics and i'm sure several others will By the way, i love that stance on your car!!!
Thanks! Number three. It's either a boy or a girl. I've had several comments on the stance. Luck, I suppose - it came that way. I accentuated it with the tires a little.
I will be there for the cruise and the show, although I may bail out early from the show if possible. I will be a trailer queen with the Grabber 3,800 rpm at 60 for 5 hours or more is just too much to put the car through. Congrats on the new and upcoming baby Centerline
Matt I nominate you the official emailer dude, send some of those people in Washington some messages and get them to the show. BTW whos this rubber snifing Ray guy ? LOL. I would like to meet him and nastynickel and I have to check out that mean green Maverick. Lets see if we can get a bunch of those Canadians down. eh
just sent out 11 PM's to people that are still active on the forum there were some other people that i didnt PM because they haven't logged in for a few years
My Maverick is still cosmetically pretty rough so I don't know if I want to bring it out in public next to you guys nice cars. I've been doing a lot of mechanical work but not much body work yet. New 292/302 cam, intake manifold, Edelbrock Carb, shift kit, Lokar kickdown cable and new Hughes 3000 RPM stall torque converter one of these weekends. I am also going to put a Powertrax No-Slip differential in soon. I pulled a really nasty looking left fender off and put another one on and repaired and painted it so I have an ugly Maverick with a really nice fender. I at least got rid of the black steel rims with skinny tires and put on a set of Ansen Sprints. That made all the difference in the world.
