Hi how ya guys doing? I bought a 1970 Maverick a few months ago and stumbled onto your site. My name is Dave and I live in Northern California (I'd be happy to meet up with any other Cali Mav owners) I've seen a few around town and was wondering if it was anyone on the site?? Dark purple 72, Dark Green 74 four door, and a White 73. My ride is a multi colored daily driver, from fractory blue to primer red to dark/neon green, I'll have pics soon. Also i was desperately in need of some new seats and decided to try out courier11sec's 92-93 eclipse/laser seats. Welcome Dave!! Join the MCCI, there are alot of great people in this club, and you get a bi-monthly newsletter full of Mav/Comet stuff. Corbin Johnson would be your state rep, I'm sure he'll find this thread and talk to you. The price on the hood you mentioned can be anywhere from $125 to $400 what ever the market will bear and depending on the condition.
