Who's going to Blue Suede in Tupelo?

    Just as the title says.....How many are planning on meeting up in Tupelo? Need to get a head and car count started so we kind of know what to expect. Blown 5.0 and I are working on the details, will post more as it is decided. I know it's kind of short notice, but if you're close enough it will be great to put some names with faces and show off our cars, finished or not. So post up....give us some numbers!

    blue suede car show

    Are we talking about meeting Saturday at JR restaurant . If the weather is nice count on the wife and me . We will be in a beatup brown grandma maverick. What time do we need to be there? Around 10 AM would be good for us.

    Mid-South Mavericks Get Together

    Any time between 10:00AM and Noon. They are having a parade of the car show entrants at 9:00, Clay is planning on being in that, and I want to watch it myself. We can then go down to JR's and meet, take some pics, and get to know new faces. Around 12:00 we can go find something to eat [suggestions anyone?] and then cruise down to the Bancorp center for the show and swapmeet. Everybody's welcome, come out and have fun!

    My group and i will be there around 10 am, It sure is hard for me to believe there are not but 2 other Mavericks besides mine close enough for a small meet.

    Come on guys, I got 4 cars coming that aint Mavericks. Even if you dont have or can come in a Maverick come on anyway. I even have one 671 Blown Chevy coming. Come on get out its SPRING!!!! Time to knock the dust off anyway.

    I have made reservations at the campground at Barnes Crossing for Fri and Sat. Coming up in the motorhome with the Mav on the trailer. We'll see anybody that shows up Sat! :thumbs2:

    In a way its a tribute to Elvis,Its really just a money maker like the Amory rail road festival. Car shows, Food court, Trinkets, You get the picture.
