    Appliance is the correct answer ... which means Craig may be an old guy, but his vision and memory are still pretty good .... :rofl2: (y)

    Appliance wheels were a cheap knock-off of Cragars. The centers were stamped steel. You could tell them by the extra lip that leads into the holes between the spokes. They sold for about $35-40 each brand new in the mid 70s.

    So ... the folks in the picture were not only hippies, but they were cheap too ... :dancing:
