Got a 68 302 with a billet damper on the crank. My 302 Mav Parts car damper has an extention so when I install the original pulleys none of the belts line up on my new engine. Did all maverick harmonic balancers have that extension? Can I use Mustang pulleys? Thanks ..

Can't tell you specific. There are a lot of combinations used. Just have to look until you find the ones that will line up.
There are also three and four bolt mountings.

as far as I'm aware of, all the dampers had the front surface in the same location, though pulley systems changed more than most people change underwear. Usually, we have to fabricate a new system of pulleys when one is changed....unless it is a direct replacement from the same year of car.

Thanks. I ended up blowing the bucks and ordered a set of these from JEGS along with the optional crank spacer in case I need it.

My original ones looked like crap anyway since they were a 3 groove crank and a 2 groove water pump. I bought the single groove set below to clean up the engine. If anyone needs the originals let me know ..
