    i wont be doing the swap of the motors for a little more than a month but i'm reeally excited. :dance: and driving it home was embarrising lol! the comet is so ugly it turns more heads than the mav! any idea were the build sheet is on the 72's???

    heres some pics if you havn't seen it. and those mustang spinner caps are in great shape!

    Build sheet is usually stuffed into the seat springs under the front seats.Found mine behind the heater box so... go figure :huh:

    i just hope its not under the back seat because i cant stand back there. theres no more floor just a couple flakes of metal....:biglaugh:

    Where are the pics? Sounds like the air conditioning in the Comet works well. Good luck with the swap.

    Three 71 Maverick Grabbers, a 72 302 Sprint, a 73 LDO 2door parts car, a 76 silver v8 Stallion.
    Yep, before ya know it you'll have Mavericks/Comets running out your ears. Looks like a good project. Those 66 spinner caps might do pretty good on eBay too but they are certainly out of place on the Comet.
