Ya"ll can can still count on the wife and me. I was at the gas station the other day in my uglie brown car , there was a guy looking at the car when I finished paying for gas he said he had a 74 grabber . I told him about the show he said he would try to make it so maybe there will be 1 more. We are really looking forward to meeting everybody . We will be at JR'S around 10 AM.

OK, we are leaving out in about an hour or so! Hope to meet up with several of ya'll at 10:00 AM in the morning at JR's. I will post pics sometime next week....as soon as I get home Sunday, I've got to leave out for NC, so it may be next weekend before I get them up. See ya'll tomorrow!

 

I'm originally from Columbus, MS (moved due to military PCS). If I still lived back home I'd definitely show up!

Wow, we may have been short on Mavericks, but we still had a good time! Great to meet Blown 5.0 and 1moregear and his wife. The Mustang guys were great too. Too many names for me to remember too. I have never seen that many blowers in one place together in all my life! And thanks again to Blown 5.0 for setting us with a place to meet. Rain caused a lot of folks to leave early, but there were still a lot of impressive cars to be seen. There was one red Maverick at the car show, the guy who owned it wasn't very talkative, so I didn't find out to much about it. It was a 71 with a grabber hood and spoiler, bench seat and v8, but I don't know if it was a factory Grabber or clone. Here are a few pics of some of the more interesting cars.....the 51 Henry J with the huge tires was tough! Don't know what was under the hood, but he cruised it around all day and it sounded great!
