You guys have renewed my faith in this. I know not having a time schedual scews things up a bit, so If anyone else is willing to try and set up a time table you're more than welcome. I don't have a clue as to how to get 60 people all over the country origanzed, on a time frame. So at this time I won't pull the plug, but I can't make this happen alone. Russ

It just takes 1 person in a Mav/Comet and a camera to start. Then he/she takes it to the next when they can. etc. guess it could start in the middle of the country or in the area with the most people signed on to get it started.
    Dan

pa I would start it, but my car is still not together, but will be within 6 weeks.

    why not ?

Use the mini-meets and round -up to get the camera around and then you would have a lot more people coming to meets and maybe get some interest in planning a few more. Then you have a time schedule because the meets are not that far apart. Just a idea . Later Tim

Maybe some people haven't signed up because of the long range time table,I know that I have been following this thread since it started with excitment but havn't signed up because my job sometimes goes to 12 hr days 7 days a week. If it comes close to me and I am off I could run a relay leg but I can't comit. I may be the only one like this but maybe there is a bunch of us ? I know you can hardly plan something like this on the hope some of us non- comital guys will show up. It is a great ideal and I hope it works. I think it will!

    YES!! Keep the camera rolling!

I know in Texas, we can get it to an adjacent state, if not further! I guarantee it!! I like to drive!

"....Head out on the highway....lookin' for adventure....in whatever comes our way..." (I'll bet someone's even heard this song on a Maverick radio before). ;)
