Got it figured out After hearing all input, some trail and error and a front end mechanic, this is what I'am going with: In my pic with the old bushing, see the front one with the mushroom look, well all that does is center's the strut rod through the frame. The new bushing's does not have that so, thats where the center plate comes into play, its only purpose is to make strut rod centered through your frame. I tried it with out it and my strut rod was not centered and touching the bottom right side of the hole, I then put the new center plate in front of the frame and it centered it perfectly and then installed my rubber bushing with the wide ends facing the frame and was locked in place in the center. Does not changed or hurt any thing having that way, it's like part of the frame you could say. I know some people said that they left it out and that may be fine but, I'am using mine, with out it not being center I wonder if you will get to much play over time, with nothing to supported in the center and scew up your alignment or it may not. Well ,Thanks Again for every ones help.
That's the way the instructions that came with them said to put it. The washer isn't big enough to cup the bushing. Only the two on the front are. I thought it looked odd too, but it's been working great for over a year and a half now, and I put 20-25,000 miles a year on my car.
