    Hey Jimmy,
I don't know you but I think it's cool that you take the time to even try to find out for us.
Someone is always going to disagree. Let em...... There is lots of stuff made in China and no one can make a blanket statement about it. And I'm looking at about a 1000.00 also for a good re-chrome job on my 67 Impala bumpers. That's a lot of coin.....

    My two cents

Im in for a set of '73 front and rear. And if we can be picky, no rubber molding holes or bumper guard holes.

I don't even have donors... My body guy took the bumpers and sent them to be re-chromed. Unfortunately, he passed away and we lost track of the bumpers. My GT is bumperless... :(

the rear of the 73's is the same as 70-72 rear bumpers (with the addition of the extra holes). the front is the only one unique.

from 74 on you have to notch the front of the front fender, and if you want the valance behind the bumper you will need to tab the metal and fold it at a 90 to bolt that on. i think there is a write up on everything you need to do.

the maverick grille and front bumper gives the hood an angry overbite...
a lot meaner looking than the stock comet front end... best mod i did to the car in highschool, aside from dropping it 4 1/2" up front and 3" out back:D

definitely need a new bumper for it though...
