That definitely does s%^&. A while back, my daughter borrowed mine (big mistake), and at that time she live in an apartment building, and during the night, someone smashed my front fender in. if it is the other persons fault, it doesnt really matter what kind of coverage you have only that you have it. your agent should be there to help, if they arent then you should consider another insurance. Good Luck
