A major distributer needs a 2-piece z-bar (for 302) to start the fabrication/manufacturing process for future customers. The former manufacturer has not delivered for 6-7 months. I have been searching for one to get my 74 on the road since Christmas.

    Will someone please help?

You'll need a clutch/brake pedal assembly, the rod between the pedal arm and the z-bar, the z-bar, the rod between the z-bar and clutch release fork, engine and frame z-bar brackets, bellhousing, release fork, throw out bearing and input shaft pilot bushing, flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate and some time to install it. I believe some have installed a clutch pedal along side an automatic transmission brake pedal assembly. Did I get everything?

Have you established a price for the fabricated z-bar? I'm interested.

Im waiting for a whole kit to get assembled and up for orders.. haha, id buy one for mine, im not much for individual part searching anymore...its gets old. Minus the flywheel, and bellhousing as they are easy to locate.

I don't want to hijack, but I have to say:
A buddy o' mine used 5.0 Stang pedals and cable clutch setup to put a 5 speed in his 70 model. Don't ask me any details, I just know he did it to be able to use the stock cable setup. I know you can make a 5 speed work with stock linkages, but I don't know details there either! ;)

So I am not much help, just throwing out an option for you to check into as well as hijacking someone's thread!
