Does anybody have any pics of the Chassis Engineering subframe connectors. I just got a set and I wanted to get an idea of exactly how there welded in.
    Thanks

I tried to look in the gallery but there is nothing there and there are 483 post that come up for "Chassis Engineering Subframe Connectors" when I search.
Am I not looking in the right place?
    Thanks

I don't have the car with me right now, it's at the trans shop. The reason I wanted pics is because the sub frame connector is strait and the frame rails on the car are offset. I just wanted to know where the weld points would be. Can anyone help me out with this?

    Thanks for the pics.
Is the sub frame connector parallel with frame rails or is it angled to match the offset of the front rail?

It's offset Scott. Fits great. I had to do a little grinding on the conector to get it to sit tight to the car but no big deal.

Ok.. I gotta ask.... for those of you that have already installed these connectors. Have you really noticed any sort of difference in the chassis stiffness? Or in some other way??

They help out quite a bit. My car was actually starting to twist without them. You could see the tranny tunnel was cracking from the twist.:)

Let's put it like this: I can pull any "single" jackstand out (so it sets on the 3 remaining jackstands) and it sets perfectly level.
