    hi,im a new maverick owner with some questions on column to floor shifter conversion.

    I bought 1971 maverick two door six cyl with the shifter converted into the floor but its not mounted to anything.I cant find reverse or first gear,it has a indy h shifter in it.
    please help me figure it out....

    Is that a Hurst shifter. If so go to the Hurst website and see if they post instructions. Good luck. Maybe someone else on here has the same shifter. Mine are all automatics.:)

    Welcome aboard Jeff. I think you need to get under the car and look at the linkage. Make sure it's all hooked up. If so, it may just need some proper adjustment.

    welcome man. as far as your shifter issue i went with a b&m kit they seem to work very well.
