Does anyone know what would cause the car to die when hitting the brakes hard? (302 -c4 trans manual disk brakes.) Also wants to die on a hard right or left turn....manual steering.....???

the float hight is too low in the carb. causing the fuel to slosh away from the pick up point in the carb.

    Float level issue.
If its only when fuel low it could be the pick rotted off in the tank.
