I found out something about the Mas spoilers. Mas has gone out of business. The guy that has recently listed some on eBay used to work for Mas and evidently has some or all of their parts. He tells me he will be making some more but only had two Maverick ones which he just put on eBay. They are probably gone by now. I told him that they needed some tweaking to make them fit better. I am going to send him pics of one I purchased from Mas and just painted and installed that did not fit well on the ends. I purchased another one and modified it and it fits perfectly, especially on the ends. I'm hoping he will take enough interest in them to redo his mold to look more like my new one.
I'd really like to get my hands on one of the 69 Shelby ones to see in person how good they are.
Anyway, we might as well stop giving out the number and address to Mas Racing. Another one bites the dust.

I heard MAS moved, but I didn't know that they went out of business.

If you haven't already, contact Paypal.
If they have any money left in their account, you ought to be able to get a refund right away.

If they drained the account, it may be more of a battle, but I do believe that you still may have recourse through them.

If it was from an eBay auction, I am pretty sure that you would... Paypal is owned by eBay.
