    i have a 74 comet gt i'm workin on and i need some help finding the shifting linkage, its got a c4 trany in it and a floor shifter

    in my world, that means its time to swap for something bigger and badder... missing v8 crossmember is always grounds for a t56 swap *evil laugh*

    i know, i was just comparing it to my own experience... i do have one piece of important info though... avoid any of the cheap universal linkage setups like the plague. theyre nothing but a headache in the long run

    thanks everybody, ive got pics of my car i just dont know how to get them here, the guy i bought the car from had plans of makin it into his drag car but wheh he striped it he just started pitchin stuff, ive traked just about everything down i need exept the shifting linkage, its the stock shifter and i am totally clueless as to were to look for it.
