The white faced one on the trans tunnel was just temporary at the time, since I was looking for the correct sending unit for the Sun temp gauge still.

Tach on the column. Minitach is out of the way enough to see the factory ones. Pre 73 cars have a convenient shelf to fill with gauges.

Bryant, what did you use to make the dash out of?

Simple, but clean looking. With room to grow.

its aluminum. when i was geting the cage put it in, it became obvious that puting the stock dash in with the cage was going to be very difficult. i looked into geting a fiberglass dash. i discovered that all the fiberglass dashes for mustangs (all years) are the same width as the mavs das. the problem was that they would have cost me over $500 by the time i got one delivered to me. so i enlisted the help of a friend who is a master of sheetmetal and had that dash made. its the best thing ever. it comes out really quick. the center console has my msd digital 6, tow rpm switches, and some relays in it.
