    Does anyone have a diagram of hooking up a MSD6AL . Im moving mine from under the dash to under the hood . The person that hooked it up did a bad job . I just want to clean stuff up and hook it up right. Thanks for the help :hmmm:

    Go to Summit Racing and look under expert advice, you can down load it from there.

    You have to use the parts number for it, type in MSD-6420. It will pop right up.

    You know if I remember correctly MSD recommends to mount it some where other than the engine bay if possible. The Heat and vibration is what kills those boxes. Still 90 percent of people put them under the hood

    I've had mine under the hood for a couple of years on my daily beater, with no problems.

    All mine are under the hood as well......

    I have lost one over the years.......

    I figure out of 7 boxes that aint to bad


    I was just stating that the original installer put it in a good place
