New manufactured Z-bar.

    '72 Maverick, 347 c.i., w/ dual quads, TKO 600 5-speed transmission, back halved w/ 4-link, '16 F150, 5.0 Coyotte, regular cab, shortbed, lowered 3/5 & 1-owner '79 Trans Am.
    I wanted to share with everyone that wants to convert to a manual transmission pictures of the z-bar that Maverick Maniac is fabricating. It would also be an excellent replacement for a broken stock z-bar but much stronger.

    If this is the same piece that Dave and I saw in Columbus I was impressed by how solid the item was.

    It should stand up well to a 500 lb fat man stomping on it :)

    I'm curious, so what kind of setup would this be good for? I'm assuming this is what you guys are running for manual tranny conversions?

    Yes, that is the clutch equalizer bar for a manual transmission.
