The vinyl top moldings are worth good money.

You'd probably be surprised how nice that back bumper will straighten out with a rubber mallet and block of wood.

if i can track down the title i may try to save it .it is solid but the roof is caved in. the 302 3 speed is gone and it has a 200 auto in it. if no title i will use it to save my other grabber and sell the rest.

it needs a lot of work. no rust that i can see but i did not look very hard. factory color is about the same blue as your car. $2000 is way too much

wow neat comet, interesting paint job, was the car originaly purple like a few of the mavericks? Its so faded I can't tell... congrats on the grabber...can't wait till the comet people see that (using a grabber as a parts car to fix a comet???) seems a little backwards on the food chain to me ??? but I'm a maverick owner... there is a grabber siting near me like the one you got for parts and it has a red vinyl top? don't know if they would sell it ,I have not been able to get to talk to them,I would like to have it thats for sure, Its starting to get a litttle rough looking as its siting out in the drive way and some things have been taken off of it...but its been there for a few years now...maybe I will try and get a hold of them again soon...

That Grabber looks pretty solid yet. If the floors are still good, and you can get a title for it, it still might be rebuildable. From what I can see, it doesn't look rusty or bent up. Makes you wonder why anyone started parting it out ... I am guessing that process started long before this last owner got it.

With the stripe on that Comet, they should paint little cars going around "the track" ...
