What do I do with the old master cylinder?

    Mojo, Not trying to be rude, but here is a link to the thread about the swap. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=62990

    Cliff's Notes version...it now stops on a dime. But locks up if I mash it too hard. Car is too light. Stays straight, though, and doesn't spin around on me.

    And compared to the O'Reilly parts, this thing starts to engage much sooner after I touch the pedal, and doesn't go half way to the floor before it is fully engaged.

    Kinda like a new pedal that is doing all of it's work in the first 2" of travel.

    And TIGHT.

    For those of you who don't personally know me, there are no toilets, beer cans, or any ather such crap in our front yard.

    Now the back yard is a totally different story:D

    There have been many times I have woken up after a night of debauchery in the hot tub, and found 12 or 15 beer cans in the back yard. Maybe a wine bottle, or box, or two, also. But the rules all change when you are in the hot tub.:cool:

    yeah, that wilwood was a bit expensive, but it WORKS!

    Sometimes I have to stop being cheap and buy the good stuff. This was one of those times.

    Rebuilding a master cylinder requires special tools.
    The internal passages have to be re-chamferred after honing. You can't just throw a kit in a master cylinder and expect it to survive.
