hey all, new member with a 72 mav 39000 miles,302,auto ,air bought new by father-in-law. all orginal including the rust that has eat through the roof under the vinyl top.removed old vinyl top and found part of roof came off with it in chunks of rust.
need to know what models i can use for a donor car for a roof.I took the vinyl off and parts of roof came with it in chunks of rust. Probably have to cut in the a struts of roof and cut along rear panel to hide with new vinyl or paint not sure which.Also would appreciate any leads on donor roof or hull. thanks
Welcome from Ocala Florida.... That sucks about your roof,do a search someone replaced a roof and took some pic's..... People think I'm crazy because I am going to put a vinyl top back on my Grabber....
thanks for the info yeah had already thought of where i was goin to make cuts and pretty confident in using bracing before cutting and i appreciate it

hello there yea this site will help you loads. i think i saw a full roof on ebay not to long ago you would have to search for it again but it may still be on there
