Trouble finding a part

Hi

I have a 77 ford maverick with a 4.1L 250 straight six. I'm not sure what the name of the part is called that need.But its located by the EGR valve looks like a diaphragm shaped like a disk with two vacuum lines coming out of it and one going to the EGR value. Does someone know the name of this part and where I could purchase one. Any help is appreciated.

 

If your vacuum diagram is still intact under the hood it should list it with the name of the part.

It looks like the part I need is called a Back pressure transducer. I tried looking for it on the web but no leads yet.. does anyone have any suggestions where I can find this part new if possible?
