ever felt the "death wobble" at highway speeds in a jeep due to a blown steering damper? now thats scary or maybe in a 1 ton truck with a lift huge wheels and a stock damper????

It makes you wonder sometimes, all the bits and pieces that spin around inside or outside (the wheels) a car or truck and all that stuff needs to work for the car to safely bring you where you are going.

its what i do every day, as a technician when i change a master cylinder on a familys caravan, their livelyhood is my responsibility. i think alot of techs take that for granted

I totaly understand what you mean when you say its either one thing or another.

My 76' mav is complete stock... and has been that way for the last 36 years. I bought it and the only new thing under the hood was the filters.

In a matter of four months ive had to change the starter, the master cylinder, and im about to take the tranny off.

It was built in May of 76 in my hometown of Kansas City, Mo, it was sold in Salina, Kansas and has been sitting in a barn ever since... And sadly its my daily driver and a daily pain in my ass.

But much like a good girlfriend, She gets on my nerves and pisses me off, but i love the hell out of her
