So a week ago i put some taillights on Craigslist for sale. And i got an email from a guy asking if i had the bumpers. At first i was like wait! someone actually wants big bumpers? haha so we set up to meet today and he came and bought the bumpers from me. And i found out that hes actually going to use them for his 77 mustang II cobra, well he's goona chop them up and not use the inner bracing. The car will be drag raced and has a 351headed 302. He also mentioned that he has a 75 comet, and i totally forgot to mention this forum to him But i have his email so i'm going to email his the info. I'm also going to ask for pics of his cars. And he also has a body shop so that's cool:Handshake i liked his slogan: Miracle Auto Painting "I turn Sh!# into ice cream" But yeah meeting ford guys is always fun ,and he's interested in buying my neighbors 69 Torino GT which i have always wanted but it has a very bad body and would end up costing me a ton since i'm bad at body work.
My grandpa had a wagon just like that except for with a 390 and it had black interior. it was special ordered. so it was a 4 barrel.
The wagon is beyond cool, the old red Chevy truck looks good too. Looks like he enjoys the old stuff. Hard to find a shop to do old cars anymore, insurance jobs pay much better I guess.
