What is up with that rear bumper? is it optical illusion, or does it have a damascus steel look to it?

its here. one of the mechanics is selling it.
the back bumper is bent like it was backed into a poll. i was thinking of buying the car to flip it but it will need lots of work. id like to see some one who will restore or fix it up for them selves get it. the susposed price on it is 700.

the color washes out the damage. the hood would need alot of work. it had the rusted lip and a coupe of creases in it. passenger door has a good dent in it. the front bumper wasnt close to being streight. i would feel that 700 would be a fair price. its a car that is worth fixing up but the cost of fixing up would not be recouped if you sold it. so instead of me buying it and trying to make some money on it i figured it put out here so some one who wants it can get a good deal on it.
