I'm considering using Competition Engineering Slide-a-link traction bars . Has anyone had any experience with them?.....Thanks

i used them on my nova they work great ,in fact i think they work better than cal-tracs,heres a pic of our street tire nova at the track ,we drove it everyday on the street it had a 358 sbc, 3.73 gears ,and believe it or not bf goodrich ta radials ,no drag radials ,with 15 lbs of air at the track, it pulled mid 1.50s 60 ft time, im thinking of adding them to our maverick ,its the 1 in our avatar, when we add alum heads after this season, were trying to keep our 351w maverick above 7.50 for the 7.50 index this season and go faster next year, my son races it in highschool race class now, and this is his last season for that class,we put a small hyd cam and stock heads on it to keep it tamed down ,it runs mid 7.50s with a 1.54 60ft

The only thing I see that could keep them from working on a Mav or Comet would be if the aluminum piece that goes in front spring eyes is bigger than the eye hole, if it is then it would have to be turned down to fit, rest of the stuff is adjustable. The cool thing about them is the rubber shock mount built into the adjuster bar
