Ya know i kinda wanted to go but then again it seems to be a chevy and mustang thing. I would just rather have a MAVERICK TOUR. I guess I am a little selfish eh?:)

i just thought that if enough of us would goto it in our areas, we may show them that the mavs and comets are alive and very well.

well me and my wife went, it was pretty good. hot and over cast, like an idiot i was wearing a tank top... 2nd degree burns if you were wondering. anyway there were some nice fords and mercs there, there were also two mavericks both early models. i tried to find the owners but i wasn't able to. all and all it was a good day. just wish they would have had some drags. they had a dyno that was cool.... but boy it took them awhile to do each car. ya we took our hot rod mini van.... we wished i would have gotten my comet done in time. there was one but it was like a 65.

Two Mavs? Darn I missed one. I only saw the white one from Missouri. I could not find its owner but I did see it drive off about an hour later. It sounded pretty good. What was the second one. Maybe it was not there at the time I got there to look around. (2:30 - 4:00)
