That was my thought too. I have alot of connectors on both of my cars that have deteriorated or are deformed and don't plug in correctly. If they're in that catalog I would hope your local dealer can get them.

the thing i don't like about a...pigtail...is the butt splicing.
when the Guy rewired my car , He took the connectors apart, put new (correct) ends on the new wires, then put the connector back together.
most of the connectors listed are only one side. we have a place in town that sells that same assortment and we couldn't find...male/females... that matched. most were plugs for sensors/relays.

if i needed a connector for something i was adding, i found this section
(Wiring Connectors ) helpfull at Summit...

    Frank beat me to it...

Ive seen assortments like that, but were never what I needed, and nothing matched up. Just like Frank said... for sensors/relays

I agree 100% with splicing, though if you solder and heat shrink it properly you won't have problems. The nice thing about the guide is you can take it somewhere and open it up, and say "I need this connector or the mating half or the terminals that are in them." A photo and a part number go a long way towards getting what you want :)
