Mustang and Fords for sure. Nice people who actually care about Mavericks/Comets. I even caught them looking at our cars at Carlisle. First rate read too! Dan
Dan, did anyone take a pic? It's about time someone from this club gets a feature. Don't you think? Russ
Several past/present members have already been featured in Mustang and Fords recently. I don't remember all the months, but Jan 2002 featured Mark Griffith's black beauty (Toymav), followed later by Jim Allen's orange monster, and Chris Stout's (I mean Marcy Stout's ) maroon slickster. I believe they stretched them out through last year some time. All three cars were in the Dec 2001 issue together.
ah your shelby? and what? my comments about "Mustangs and Fords" wasn't a shameless plug either? i did say "Mustangs and Fords right? yeah i did say "Mustangs and Fords" just checking. you better tell jeff to change it to Maverick and fords! btw aren't you susposed to be contacting me! ?

Hey, you guys left out my favorite mag...AutoBuff!!! Oh yeah, I don't think that one's out there anymore. But boy when it was !!! I still have an issue where there was a Maverick feature along with a topless model and I don't mean convertible. What a ride!!! And the car was pretty nice too. That was the good ole days.
Route 66 is a cruise more than a show so only a very few get anything so we drink beer and look at cars all day coooooool.
Did someone say AutoBuff, with a Maverick?? Here ya go! January 1987. This was the first issue of Auto Buff where the models wore clothing. (figures)
