there lots of styles of wheels that are offered in 4 or 5 lug versions. you could get two of each if you find a style you like. i would sugest looking for a 5 lug diff to put in the rear. that would be the best way to take care of it.

I would honestly get a later model 5 lug rear axle and swap it out. If you did the front swap, you can definitely swap out the rear axle! It's an easier job than the front brake swap. You'll also get bigger (and better) brakes with the swap.

They're not that expensive and you'll have matching rims at all 4 corners. As it sits now, you'll have to carry 2 spare tires around at all times or hope you never get a flat tire.

I'm not sure if they will fit , but if they do he would still have to swap over to the bigger brakes due to the difference in the drum sizes between the two. It would be much easier to swap the whole axle than swapping over the axle shafts, backing plates, brake hardware, etc.

    Hope this helps,
    -Scott H.

the 4 lug 8"s have a smaller housing end and use a smaller axle bearing. the brake offset is shorter on the 4 lugs also. all that makes it not doable.
