How much hp will my 331 make?

    I asked around a lot about carb sizes. so far it's around 700-750. but i can always experiment around.

    I see nothing wrong with those curves. Torque is all in at a nice and low 2000-2500 rpms. Shift at 5500 and he should be right about on it, at the track at least.

    Granted it has a fairly flat Tq curve but it peaks at 4500 (nothing wrong with that) but peak HP occurs at 7,500 RPM (40+ hp difference between 6.5 and 7.5K) I think I need to be looking for a cam that peaks no more than 65-6800 for a street driven car.

    not really.... it doesn't have that many inputs,
    plus its 10 years old now.

    the dyno program is decent for a rough estimate. But only a ROUGH estimate.

    That is why I offered my dyno2000 numbers and a real dyno pull number for comparison.
