After reading about how many hoods you have laying around Jimmy, I've changed my mind, I think this newest incarnation of a grabber/cowl hood looks terrible...You should pack it up immediately and ship it directly to me to take care of!! :rofl2: It could spend it's final days resting comfortably on top of MY Maverick!

hoods looking good. looking foward to seeing it painted. i hope you move as fast on the fiberglass hood version as the metal one. i just might have to order one. keep ignoreing the naysayers. if nobody took the time to custom work our cars would all just look stock.

Makes me want to hurry up with mine. I had a similar idea, little more metal work though

without Comet now just keeping in touch
definately nice work, and you have to like it and thats all that counts. Personally I like the grabber hood with its scoops, even though I don't think they would ever do anything for air intake due to their postioning (if they where made functional)/ I just don't quite like both styles on one hood I will say though you are very talented, keep up the good work

Gotta admit....looks better than I thought it was going to. Like others I thought the vertical sides (of the added area) and sharp angles weren't going to look right....but after seeing it nearly done changes my mind. Very nice.
