Anyone on board here ever seen this Maverick? It's a chasis car with a suckey chevy motor in it "just my humble opinion" of course:yup: I was just wondering if any of you had seen it, I came across it on yellowbullet. I thought it looked AWESOME, so thought I'd share.

It's not really a Maverick, it's just a body thrown on there, you could easily change it to a Camaro...

But he didn't choose a Camaro, like everyone else does. he chose a MAVERICK!!!

You gotta admit that Maverick body draped over that chassis makes an absolutely beautiful race car:yup: For what that set up probably cost I think they could have chosen whatever body they wanted. Why they went with a chevy motor  who knows, but I'd rather sandpaper a sharks a##, than see anything in a Ford, but a Ford! I wish there were more pictures of it cause it looks like a top notch ride.:tiphat:

Nice looking Maverick. I'd like to see it in action. Chevy motor & parts are cheaper & easier to get.

That's because they are always needing parts! They mass produce 'em because they won't stay together long, so they have to redo 'em all the time!:yup::rofl2:

That's actually not too funny...because it's true. And SBC stuff is still cheap, but around here I can dang near buy and overhaul 2 460 Fords for what it would cost just to buy a 454 to rebuild. BBC stuff is waaay expensive.
