I was looking on ptc site and they will build an 11 inch converter for $275. I was wondering if that would work in a big bell c4. The techs were on lunch when I called

    If youre using a small bellhousing (157t) you'll need a 10" converter

This is not true, I run a 11 inch now. My previous was a 12 inch. Although the studs have to be lined up before the trans is all the way in. Because There is no room for it to slide back into the bellhousing. You do have to run the 10.5 or 10 inch(cant remember but its the small bolt circle) bolt circle converter with the 157 tooth flywheel.

I am running a 164 tooth flexplate. He reccommended the 10 inch converter so I plan on going with that
