I bought one of those a couple of weeks ago. I had to take it to work and stick it on one of the manual mills and elongate all the holes so that it would sit flat on the mounting point...
Summit also sells them and I believe you can even get them at autozone, I got my from Jegs on ebay it was about the same price but I got kudo's on my ebay status :thumbs2:

You unbolt the factory power steering ram frame mount, and bolt it, in it's place...

Mark I couldnt get these to attach to an email or pm to you but I was at B & R on 17th they had a 73 Comet shell more or less but the leafs, traction bars, looked good and the rear tires looked almost new so I thought I would email pictures to you in case your needing these. And if you dont need them I guess someone else might need them.

Sorry to hi-Jack this tread but we need another Maverick in town although your what 50 miles away?

Im only about 20 miles out I actually work in Plesant View/North Ogden (No Ogden as per the sign on the freeway) right by Associated. But yeah I gotta get back down to B&R he said he is going to let me back half a comet for $200.
I like the comet tail light panel better and I need the quarters mine have the standard rot on them and he had a 72 in there that had better quarters then mine.
That and he has a front and rear bumper and a bunch of other little stuff I need.

Would that be the brown Comet up front? I lost my Handyman near or in that one. I know there's a partial Comet 4 door and there was another Maverick partial towards the West or maybe I've got these cars reversed in my mind, Brigham City sure feels like 50 miles away. I saw a Vega panel wagon at the Junyard across the street and to the West so went to ask about any Mavericks or Comets he said something to the effect that B & R had first dibs on his cars. I've thought about buying one of his Mavericks tail panels for my Bobcat lights.
