I will be there but later in the day. Going to Pomona swap meet starting at 5:00AM for a few hours then come over around 10:00AM. Taking the truck though as I am planning on picking up some stuff at the swap meet. See you guys there.
Darn I live near the wrong ocean for this. In 1979 I lived in Huntington Beach so your like 30 years too late Enjoy, Knottsberry Farm was a favorite hangout of mine thats what caught my eye on this thread... some pics would be great though

Here are some pic's from Knott's show taken by my grandson and I Heard that they are going to change the name of the show next year to FABULOUS MUSTANGS and other fords. Not a good showing for the Mavericks & Comets ( 4 Maves & 1 Comet ) Maybe next year?

Ok, this is what I will do to get a good Maverick/Comet turn out NEXT year. If we want to make a weekend of it, I will set up an event for Friday, Saturday and Sunday after the show. BBQ at my place or a suitable location. Cruisin tour of the NHRA museum, Petersen Museum and/ or Speed Zone racing. It was great meeting the guys that showed up this year. We will do this again!
i droped in and said hi to the guys that were there. nice cars guys. i couldnt stay long because of other obligations. next i hope to have a t-5 in the car so i can drive it to the show and hope to have no other obligations. bbq sounds great for after the show.
