Will mustang transmission coolant lines work for our car? I am making the swap to a automatic and rather buy prebent stuff then hassle with a bender and all that jazz.

Pre-bent lines are available, at least for a 302 Maverick. Do a search and you should find the source.

I just had to replace my lines, a belt broke and wrapped around the lines and bent them. "Don't know how that happened, but it did!".
Only cost me about $30 for the bender and the pipe to bend. And wasn't that hard to bend into place.
Good luck on whatever you choose.
