so the car is almost finished. i was putting the finishing touches on it tonight and i replaced the signal flasher that was not working. i put in a new one and ..... no flashing. the lights turn on but wont flash. so i pull out the flasher and go over to bench test it. i got the identical light (l.e.d.) and ran power threw the flasher. no flash. then i put an old 11/57 on the same cercut and it flashes just fine. so the L.E.D. dosent draw enough current to engage the flasher. i hid an 11/57 bulb in line to get the flasher working and it works fine now but i don't want to do this. i want to fix the problem correctly. so how do i do it? is there a L.E.D. specific flasher? can i find a way to create the proper draw on the cercut with out hiding an additional bulb? (if so then how?) some other option i haven't thought of? what do you think?

To run LED's you need to use an electronic flasher.
