i am having trouble figuring out what could be wrong with my alternator. its a new alternator but doesnt seem to be charging my battery. i took it to kragen to see if the alternator was bad and it wasnt. checked how i wired it and it was fine. but the wierd thing is that the alternator light doesnt come on all the way its really dim and you can only see it when its dark.:hmmm:

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    X2,

too bad you already got a new alternator.

If not your could have gone the 3G route, easiest swap ever.
And it gets rid of the external voltage regulator all together! (y)
