The grill on this drawing :http://www.maverickman.com/Memorabilia.html?951123339080 Is it possible to do. It looks like a Mustang grill with fog lights. I am planning on building this car. I think its tottally possible to make the Maverick look this good.It may take a while. But time is what i have plenty of. :bananaman

thomas hackmann, the genious of the pack, has already made that grill and a few other things that resemble that picture. It sure is a cool looking grill though. good luck.

I like it. I was thinking of fabbing up a solid aluminum block-off for my grill and polish it. Then trying to pull the air from the bottom like newer cars.

Thats nice! alot of fab work going on there.Especially like the grill. I would use a grabber hood and stock front valance with perhaps a bolt on airdam.Keep it looking retro-Muscle. I also like the boyd coddington wheels Maverick man has on his 73 baby blue Maverick! (y)
I think the suspension would be the biggest challenge. Be functional, and allow the 17-18 inch Boyds, while allowing a mean stance. :smash: :smash:

Mr. Hackmann, i have one question. What did you do about exhaust? Is it just stock manifolds? or are they shorty headers? I was just wondering the other day bacause my car is nowhere near as low ans that one and it still hits the longtubes if I go up a bad driveway.

We have heddman 88400 shortys on Tammys car and I made custom headers for the new car so they could be londer and stay tucked up tight.
