Jegs reman edelbrock 4bbl

    Has anybody ever gotten a reman edlbrck from jegs? they have a 600 cfm carb for 199 bucks plus shipping. dose this smell like a good deal or fishy?

    Personally I never had good luck with there reman carbs but that was many years ago.

    They are a pretty simple carb, I've never really liked them, even new ones. But for that price...I'm sure Jegs will stand behind it.

    Edelbrocks are great carbs. I currently have 5 in my classics. You can buy new for $75 more from Summit. Advance Auto Parts will price match and you can even go online, get a big discount, and pick up locally at the store. Buy new.

    Got a new one for 230 from my local speed shop.. I'm pretty sure it was a 1406.. Don't have the box anymore LOL

    I'll sell you mine for $150. It's already tuned for my stock 302. The secondaries don't open up much but still made 181hp at the wheels with it.
