1/8 mile times and speeds

my galaxie runs 6.95 @ 99.5

 

mines 7.48@88mph with a 1.50 60ft

 

My mustang usually went 6.90's at 104-105-in good air has been 6.83/107. That was on methanol. This past weekend the fastest I saw was a 7.30/99 on gas and the air was good. The Maverick went 5.83/119 and oddly enough a 1.245 60'. The rest of the day it was either 5.86 (3 of them in a row) and 5.90 (4 in a row)-all those 60' were 1.28. Guess it had a tail wind that one time.

 

Short tires, Low gears, The lower the gear the less mph, But better et.
Mine::6.40 @ 107 mph, 3:50 gears. 28 inch tall tires. 1.4 60 ft. True 1/8 mile. Also a lot of tracks are short, Especially around our neck of the woods. Fulton track is just shy of 600 ft, I can go high 5s there but lower mph.

 

7.50 at 88 with a 1.58 60

 

My old 4dr went 7.81 @ 88 mph with a 1.71 60'.
