Any Maverick/ comet guys in so cal ?

Hey guys im trying to get a group of maverick / comet guys together , just want to know if anybody is willing to meet up at a local car show with all mavericks an or comets in the so cal area .....

so cal is a pretty big area. where are you thinking? if its not too far im interested

 

some where around the monrovia , burbank area, van nuys blvd , i can pm you guys my number , i will also be hosting a small bbq / get together to meet more maverick / comet guys . itll be like 5 bucks per head for the supplies .. Im in the Eagle rock area . An i still havent figured out a date to get every one together i was thinking on a sateruday .. theres a car show every fri at the bobs big boy in toloca lake and on thursdays a meet in west covina ..

 

I'd be interested once my car is worthy of long distance travel.

Ok guys i got a date . It will be Nov 6 starts at 10 am ends at 5pm or whenever every body wants to go... itll be 5 bucks for food an drinks , Please Pm me if you can go or not & i will send you my phone num an adderess .. i hope to have a good turnout of mavericks and comets on saturday .. So far i posted it up on facebook an here .. im letting all the car guys know about it...

 

i'm in corona..don't get to LA much...maverick is not running, though it will be soon, I'm making some real progress lately

 

Thats a pretty cool maverick you got there , well keep me posted if you can bring any of your classics along , im trying to get a little maverick group together . how far is corona from l.a ?

I could always bring my 66 mustang to the meet, but I don't want to be the one moron with a classic mustang in a group of mavericks...lol that's like showing up to a ford meet in a chevy

Im in riverside, which is next door to corona. I already have plans for that weekend though. And my maverick isnt running also.

 

Growing up in Pasadena I used to cruize van nuys blvd. on wed nights, Hollyweird on fri. Now that was a good time, But living in the great nw I am going to have to look forward to many pix, hopefully!
