Looks like something you'd see in front of a strip bar

The wife wouldn't let me go in to find the owner. She was probably afraid it was one of the strippers and we would end up being car buddies :D

But with all the flashes going off in the parking lot, from my camera, I had several people "upstairs" peering through the blinds to see what I was doing.

I was more worried about the club owners coming down to escort me away, or maybe the stripper's boyfriend.

Sorry, couldn't find a Manitoba Mustang California Special.

However, I found no less than 4 British Columbia, Canada 1968 Mustang GT/CS's.

:respect:any pics yet? I remember a stripeless black Grabber in the early 80s with cougar tail lamps and a 302 4-v that the owner swore was factory.A very rare car.I saw it in the mid 90s in a boneyard still looking good so I checked it out. The holes for the tail lamps where chizeled out and the intake was a cast iron factory casting with a c8 number probably off the same cougar as the tail lamps. Very cool car with a very misinformed ( or fabricating) owner. Maybe he ment california spec? they had different smog equipment back then and that would make more sence to me.

Sorry for the delay in uploading the photo's but here is the car. Unfortunetly i learnt that it was in an accident about 4 months before the pictures were taken and some of the decaling was painted over. The California special decals were painted on in black and these pics were takin' in 1979. If you look closely on the rear end of the car you can see where it says california special.

Looks like an LDO Comet with a hood scoop and a sticker to me. Still a nice car though. (y)
